This year’s Africa Public Sector Conference & Awards (APSA) is holding on the 20th of April 2018 at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, Kigali.
The event’s Chief Host is His Excellency, President Paul Kagame, the President of the Republic of Rwanda; who is equally being honoured for outstanding achievement in promoting social economic growth in Rwanda and Africa.
“African citizens are demanding real-time services from government agencies; these mean public bodies must constantly innovate and change their service delivery models, for Africa to grow exponentially as expected public sector has a vital role towards this development.
“The Africa Public Sector Conference & Awards (APSCA) 2018 will bring together leaders in public and private sector with opportunities to build partnerships, share insights on strategies, policies and best practices that will drive efficient and smarter public services delivery in Africa,” convener of APSA and CEO/ of  Instinctwave, Mr. Akin Naphtal.
The APSA event consists of conference and the pan-Africa awards dinner focusing on excellence delivery of public sector infrastructures. The APSA celebrates ministries parastatals and agencies that have demonstrated excellence in the delivery of public services and projects that have impacted citizens.
“APSA is an endeavour to inspire and celebrate excellence in the public sector and capture the essence of growth and performance of the public sector in Africa
“Recognition will also be bestowed on outstanding public servants at various levels of governance who has showcase excellence in policy innovation and exceptional leadership.
“Stakeholders that have supported public sector’s growth in various ways through technology and service support will also be recognized and rewarded.

“Kigali is host as Rwanda increasingly takes on international clout as the city of excellence and the hub for global business and African fraternity,” added Akin.
